HABARI is a limited-production premium Chardonnay inspired by the crisp minerality of Chablis-style wines, and created from a single block of Dijon-clone from Richard Sanford’s famous EL JABALI vineyard. Aged with only 10% new French oak and without any malolactic fermentation, this ideal for wine lovers who prefer a precise and linear style of chardonnay.

Tasting Notes

An elegant, mineral-driven nose of white flowers, green apple, Japanese pear, and grapefruit is framed by notes of fl int, crushed seashell, and fresh herbs. Flavors of bergamot and honeydew are joined by bright citrus and crisp acidity. Subtle accents of fresh hay and toasted oats add depth to the long, saline finish characteristic of the Santa Rita Hills.
