Xander Soren’s pinot noirs are crafted from iconic, cool climate vineyards across the California coastline, from Santa Barbara to to the Sonoma Coast. Our sites are chosen for their ability to develop elegant wines suitable for a wide variety of food pairings. The ocean influence creates a perfect complement with umami-rich cuisines from Japan, even seafood.
With a particular affinity for the Central Coast, our wines have been made from the historic vineyards Sanford & Benedict, La Encantada, and Sierra Mar, while also sourcing from Olivet Lane, and Yuki vineyards in the Sonoma Coast.
We partner closely with growers who practice organic or certified sustainable farming, and the winemaking style is designed to honor each site’s unique terroir.
